深化医改背景下高校师生健康与医疗保障管理服务信息化建设策略研究

摘　　要：随着国家医改及健康中国战略的深入实施,高校师生对生活品质需求不断提升、健康意识不断增强、对健康与医疗保障管理服务期望不断提高,高校师生健康与医疗保障管理服务信息化建设面临的问题与矛盾日益凸显。本文在当前深化医改信息化建设背景下,通过调研分析重庆大学及部分高校师生健康与医疗保障管理服务信息化建设现状,提出重庆大学师生健康与医疗保障管理服务信息化建设升级策略,对提升高校师生健康与医疗保障管理服务水平有参考借鉴意义。With the deepening implementation of national medical reform and the“Healthy China Initiative”,the demands for quality of life,health awareness,and expectations for health and medical security management services have been continuously increasing among university faculty and students.The problems and contradictions faced by the information construction of health and medical security management services for these groups are becoming increasingly prominent.In this paper,we conducted research and analysis on the current status of information construction for health and medical security management services for Chongqing University and some other universities based on the current background of deepening medical reform and information construction.We proposed an upgrade strategy for the information construction of health and medical security management services for faculty and students of Chongqing University,which has reference implications for promoting the level of health and medical security management services for university faculty and students.
