摘  要:30Cr1Mo1V转子是汽轮机机组的核心部件,通常采用双真空方式生产钢锭,并锻造成材。通过大气下注方式生产钢锭的技术难点分析,提出了增强真空能力、延长真空保持时间、优化保护浇注等控制措施,并开展了生产实践。结果表明,与传统双真空钢锭生产的转子锻件相比,采用大气下注的工艺方式生产能够满足技术要求,且生产效率提高,生产成本降低。30Cr1Mo1V rotor is the core component of steam turbine unit,and the ingot is usually produced by double vacuum melting method and forged into product.By analyzing the technical difficulties in the production of ingot by atmospheric casting,control measures such as enhancing vacuum capacity,prolonging vacuum holding time and optimizing pouring protection are put forward,and production practices are carried out.The results show that,compared with the traditional rotor forgings produced by double vacuum steel ingots,the atmospheric casting process can meet the technical requirements,and the production efficiency is improved and the production cost is reduced.
