摘 要:极值统计分析法(SEV)被广泛应用于材料相关领域。本文利用SEV法,根据夹杂物分布规律,使用扫描电镜对冒口(M)和水口(S)试样中的夹杂物进行分析,预测齿轮钢锻件中最大夹杂物尺寸。对同一大型锻件不同位置最大夹杂物尺寸进行检测,其中M和S试样检测出的最大夹杂物尺寸分别为34.43μm和32.10μm,预测的最大夹杂物尺寸为47.42μm和56.45μm,95%置信区间分别为5.05和6.29,实测夹杂物尺寸与预测值相近,证明了SEV法的可行性和有效性。Statistical analysis of extreme values(SEV) is widely used in materials and other related fields.In this paper,by means of the SEV method and in accordance with the distribution rules of the inclusions,ASPEX scanning electron microscope is used to analyze the inclusions in riser(M) and nozzle(S) specimens and predict the maximum sizes of inclusions in steel forgings for gears.The results show that the maximum sizes of inclusions are different measured at different locations of the same large forging,among which the maximum size of inclusion is 34.43 μm measured at M specimen,and is 32.10 μm at S specimen;the predicted maximum sizes of inclusions are 47.42 μm and 56.45 μm respectively;the 95% confidence intervals are 5.05 and 6.29 respectively.Therefore,the measured sizes of inclusions are close to the predicted values,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the SEV method.
