摘  要:建筑垃圾和工业废料粉煤灰在工程中的利用率较低,为将建筑垃圾和粉煤灰利用率最大化提升,分别以再生骨料20%、40%、60%、80%、100%和粉煤灰0、10%、15%、20%的替代率取代天然骨料和水泥制作粉煤灰再生混凝土,对不同取代率下粉煤灰再生混凝土的力学性能探究。为更好的分析再生混凝土力学性能的影响因素,建立理想再生混凝土损伤模型并与试验数据进行对比分析,发现试块的强度与本身再生骨料的性能相关性极大,并绘制应力-应变曲线,将再生骨料替代率和粉煤灰替代率结合分析,最终得出结论:再生混凝土中粉煤灰替代率与承载能力大小呈负相关关系,与峰值应变变化和坍落度呈正相关关系。经微观分析后,证实了对试块坍落度、抗压强度的宏观实测数据及原因分析。The utilization rate of construction waste and industrial waste fly ash in the project is low.In order to maximize the utilization rate of construction waste and fly ash,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%of recycled aggregate and 0,10%,15%,20%of fly ash are used to replace natural aggregate and cement to make fly ash recycled concrete.The mechanical properties of fly ash recycled concrete under different replacement rates are explored.In order to better analyze the influencing factors of the mechanical properties of recycled concrete,an ideal recycled concrete damage model was established and compared with the test data.It was found that the strength of the test block had a great correlation with the performance of its own recycled aggregate.The stress-strain curve was drawn,and the replacement rate of recycled bone material and fly ash was combined to analyze.Finally,it was concluded that the replacement rate of fly ash in recycled concrete was negatively related to the bearing capacity.It is positively correlated with peak strain change and slump.After microscopic analysis,the macroscopic measured data and cause analysis of the slump and compressive strength of the test block are verified.
