摘 要:陶粒混凝土具有轻质高强、保温隔热性能好和抗震性能优异等特点被作为功能性材料应用于非承重结构中。通过试配得到陶粒混凝土的基础配合比,在此基础上进行力学性能试验,研究陶砂取代率、粉煤灰掺量以及聚丙烯纤维体积掺量对陶粒混凝土配合比设计的影响。结果表明:陶砂取代率为50%,粉煤灰掺量为20%时,陶粒混凝土的力学性能更优异,更轻质高强;掺入适量的聚丙烯纤维可以改善陶粒混凝土的脆性特征。建立二维细观模型来对陶粒混凝土抗压强度、弹性模量、受压应力-应变全曲线进行数值模拟,并与试验结果进行对比分析,建立的二维细观模型较为可靠,可用来预测陶粒混凝土的基本力学性能。Ceramsite concrete has the characteristics of light weight and high strength,good thermal insulation performance and excellent seismic performance,and is used as a functional material in non-load-bearing structures.The basic mix ratio of ceramsite concrete was obtained by trial mix,and on this basis,the mechanical property test was carried out to study the influence of the replacement rate of pottery sand,the content of fly ash and the volume content of polypropylene fiber on the design of mix ratio of ceramsite concrete.The results show that when the replacement rate of pottery sand is 50%and the content of fly ash is 20%,the mechanical properties of ceramsite concrete are better,lighter and stronger.Adding appropriate amount of polypropylene fiber can improve the brittleness characteristics of ceramsite concrete.A two-dimensional meso-model was established to numerically simulate the compressive strength,elastic modulus,and compressive stress-strain full curve of ceramsite concrete,and compared with the test results.The established two-dimensional meso-model is reliable and can be used to predict the basic mechanical properties of ceramsite concrete.
