摘　　要：办公楼是商业房产的重要组成部分,办公楼空置率及其变化趋势能够折射出经济发展状况。2023年以来,我国一线城市办公楼空置率呈现上升走势,引起广泛关注。在对办公楼发展现状分析的基础上,剖析存在的主要问题,进而对其未来的发展趋势进行预测,并就如何实现办公楼市场高质量发展提出相应的对策。Office buildings are an important component of commercial real estate.The vacancy rate of office buildings and its changing trend can reflect the economic development status.Since 2023,the vacancy rate of office buildings in China has shown an upward trend,which has attracted widespread attention.Based on the analysis of the current development status of office buildings,this article makes trend predictions and proposes corresponding countermeasures on how to achieve high-quality development of the office building market.
