摘　　要：为了全面改善建设单位招标质效,保证建设项目的顺利推进,结合当前建筑市场招投标领域的现状,详细分析投标文件质量、评标时间、评委素质等对评标科学性的影响。依据招投标相关法规,结合工作实际有针对性提出相应改进措施,使投标文件的条理性、易读性得到有效改善,评标时间的确定更加科学,抽选的专家更具有专业性,专家素质实现动态提升。本研究期望有效提升评标效率和质量,保证评标的规范性和科学性。In order to comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of bidding for construction units and ensure the smooth progress of construction projects,this article combines the current situation in the field of bidding in the construction market,and analyzes in detail the impact of bidding document quality,evaluation time,and the quality of judges on the scientificity of bid evaluation.Based on relevant bidding regulations and practical work,targeted improvement measures have been proposed to effectively improve the organization and readability of bidding documents,determine the evaluation time more scientifically,select experts with more professionalism,and dynamically enhance the quality of experts.Furthermore,it effectively improves the efficiency and quality of bid evaluation,ensuring the standardization and scientificity of bid evaluation.
