摘  要:以公共交通为导向的开发(TOD)项目围绕大型交通基础设施进行建筑群开发建设,其中处于复杂环境的超大面积地下室深基坑工程,通常会在施工过程中面临工期紧张、成本管控严格、场地受限等严峻挑战。为避免施工场地布置动态变化时凭主观经验产生的弊端,提出了一种结合施工过程动态改进场地布置的设计方法。将该方法用于杭州市某大型站城综合体项目的地下施工过程,促使形成高通量、高效率、低占用的优良施工过程。Transit-oriented Development(TOD)projects develop building complexes around large-scale transportation infrastructures.The deep foundation pit project in a large basement in a complex environment is usually faced with severe challenges such as tight schedule,stringent costs and site constraints during the construction process.In order to avoid the disadvantages caused by subjective experience when the construction site layout changes dynamically,an improved system layout design method combining with the dynamic construction process is proposed.The method is used in the underground construction process of a large station city complex project in Hangzhou,which leads to the formation of an excellent construction process with high throughput,high efficiency and low occupancy.
