摘 要:采用化学共沉淀法将高铁酸镍(NiFe_(2)O_(4))负载到造纸污泥生物炭上,制备出一种磁性镍铁氧体/造纸污泥生物炭(NiFe_(2)O_(4)/AC)吸附剂,研究其吸附废水中抗生素环丙沙星(CIP)的有效性,用BET、XRD、SEM、VSM、XPS等表征了材料的结构、形貌、磁性能等性质,研究了生物炭吸附环丙沙星(CIP)的影响因素、吸附等温线和吸附动力学。结果表明,在温度为25℃、pH为6、CIP初始浓度为300mg·L^(-1)、生物炭投加量为0.4g·L^(-1)、吸附时间600min时,吸附量高达600.19mg·g^(-1)。实验数据符合准一级动力学和Langmuir模型,表明其吸附过程是一个单层的物理吸附过程。同时,外加磁场吸附剂可从溶液中分离,在抗生素废水处理中具有潜在的应用前景。A magnetic adsorbent nickel ferrite/paper sludge biochar(NiFe_(2)O_(4)/AC)was prepared by loading nickel ferrate(NiFe_(2)O_(4))onto paper sludge biochar using chemical co-precipitation method to study its adsorption of the antibiotic ciprofloxacin(CIP)from wastewater.The structure,morphology,magnetic properties and other properties of the material were characterized by BET,XRD,SEM,VSM and XPS,and the influencing factors,adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherms of the adsorbent for the adsorption of ciprofloxacin(CIP)were investigated.The results showed that the adsorption amount reached 600.19 mg·g^(-1)at the temperature of 25℃,pH 6,the initial concentration of CIP of 300 mg·L^(-1),the dosage of biochar of 0.4 g·L^(-1),and the adsorption time of 600 min.The experimental data were consistent with the quasi-primary kinetics and the Langmuir model,indicating that the adsorption process is a monolayer physical adsorption process.Meanwhile,the adsorbent with applied magnetic field can be separated from the solution,which has potential application in antibiotic wastewater treatment.
