摘 要:积极采用大数据技术、AI技术、云计算技术等构建机电设备远程在线故障监测中心,是造纸产业提升设备故障诊断精度与健康管理水平的重要措施。对此,简述了大数据和AI在造纸产业中的应用和发展,利用麻雀搜索算法对人工神经网络模型进行优化与改进,建立造纸设备的智能故障预测模型,设计了基于AI+大数据的造纸设备远程在线故障监测系统,详细介绍了系统总体框架、硬件选型、软件与客户端设计,以期做到实时监测造纸设备运行状态、及时诊断故障类型、预测健康状态并实施健康管理等。Actively using big data technology,AI technology and cloud computing technology to build a remote online fault monitoring center for mechanical and electrical equipment is an important measure for the paper industry to improve equipment fault diagnosis accuracy and health management level.In this connection,this paper briefly describes the application and development of big data and AI in the papermaking industry,optimizes and improves the artificial neural network model by using sparrow search algorithm,establishes an intelligent fault prediction model for papermaking equipment,and designs a remote online fault monitoring system for papermaking equipment based on AI+big data.The system framework,hardware selection,software and client design are introduced in detail,so as to monitor the running state of papermaking equipment in real time,diagnose the fault type in time,predict the health state and implement the health management.
