摘 要:机械装置若是有了故障,不能对其进行及时处理,则会对最终的生产质量、效率带来负面作用。将制浆造纸设备作为对象,开发出以物联网+大数据作为基础的故障监测方法,并可支持远程。国家经济的持续发展,离不开造纸业的支持,想要提升该行业稳步发展,就需得到先进造纸设备支持,为了及时发觉故障,并对其迅速处理,就需通过远程故障监测法进行实现。为此,还进一步对这种远程监测技术概念进行了论述,并对其应用进行分析,剖析了这种监测技术受到在线监测、大数据等技术的积极影响,同时还对制浆造纸远程故障监测技术的未来发展趋向进行了展望。If a mechanical device malfunctions and cannot be promptly addressed,it will have a negative impact on the final production quality and efficiency.This article focuses on pulp and paper equipment and develops a fault monitoring method based on the Internet of Things and big data,which can support remote monitoring.The sustained development of the national economy cannot be separated from the support of the paper industry.To enhance the steady development of this industry,advanced paper equipment support is needed.In order to detect faults in a timely manner and quickly handle them,remote fault monitoring methods are needed.Therefore,this article further discusses the concept of this remote monitoring technology and analyzes its application.It analyzes the positive impact of online monitoring,big data and other technologies on this monitoring technology,and also looks forward to the future development trend of remote fault monitoring technology for pulp and paper making.
