摘  要:围堰在水利工程施工中广泛应用。为水工建筑物能在干地施工提供了坚实的保障,其防渗性能的好坏更是直接关系到基坑安全和下部结构施工质量。围堰防渗多采用帷幕灌浆+心墙(斜墙)、混凝土防渗墙或者高压喷射灌浆等方式。结合厂房围堰防渗施工实践,在含较多漂卵砾石的砂砾石基础中,采用“三管法”进行高压旋喷防渗墙施工,从现场试验、孔位布置、钻孔、喷射灌浆、特殊情况处理等方面优化施工工艺和方法,应用结果表明该方法最终经灌后质量检查,结果满足设计要求。Cofferdam is widely used in the construction of water conservancy projects.Which provides a solid guarantee for the construction of hydraulic structures on dry land.The anti-seepage performance of cofferdam is directly related to the safety of foundation pit and the construction quality of substructure.Curtain grouting+core wall(inclined wall),concrete cutoff wall or high pressure jet grouting are often used for cofferdam seepage prevention.Combined with the seepage control construction practice of powerhouse cofferdam,the"three-pipe method"is used for the construction of high-pressure rotary jet grouting cutoff wall in the gravel foundation containing more drift pebbles.The construction technology and method are optimized from the aspects of field test,hole layout,drilling,jet grouting,and exceptional case treatment.The application results show that the construction meet the design requirements after post-grouting quality inspection.
