摘 要:在地热开发中,中深层无干扰地热井是一种极具前景的地热钻井技术。以潇河国际会展中心中深层无干扰地热井项目为例,通过对施工进度及成井工艺的分析确定了中深层无干扰地热井施工进度的主要影响因素。从主要影响因素出发,以合理的施工组织安排、不同地层硬度与造浆能力情况下恰当的钻头选型、减小地层矿化水对泥浆性能的影响等措施,满足了项目施工进度要求,缩短了成井时间,提高了工程效益。During the exploitation of geothermal energy,the construction of mid-deep non-interference geothermal well is a promising geothermal drilling technology.In this paper,taking the project of mid-deep non-interference geothermal well in Xiaohe International Convention and Exhibition Center as an example,the main influence factors of the construction progress of the mid-deep non-interference geothermal well are determined through the analysis of construction schedule and drilling technology.Based on the main influence factors,reasonable construction organization,appropriate drilling bit selection under different formation hardness and mud-made capacity,and reducing the influence od formation mineralized water on drilling fluid properties were adopted to meet the requirements of construction schedule,shorten the well completion time and improve engineering benefits.
