摘  要:沈阳地铁联络通道兼泵房采用冻结法施工技术,保证冻结帷幕快速稳定发展是其施工关键所在。在冻结施工过程中,对低温盐水回路温度、冻土发展温度及地表位移沉降数据进行现场监测分析,从而确定冻结帷幕的发展规律及安全稳定性,确保工程施工各项数据达标。结果表明:温度随着冻结时间的变化先是急剧下降,之后会缓慢降低直至趋于稳定;冻结壁交圈根据监测是当卸压孔开始增大一段时间后无泥沙渗流,表明冻结帷幕形成良好;地表位移沉降一直处于稳定状态,无任何隆起、沉降、塌陷等现象发生,可保证冻结施工的如期进行。同时开挖施工获得的冻土帷幕信息证实了监测数据的准确性。The construction technology of freezing method is adopted for the connecting passage and pump room of Shenyang Metro,ensuring the rapid and stable development of freezing curtain is the key to its construction.During the freezing construction process,on-site monitoring and analysis of the temperature of the low-temperature saline water circuit,the development temperature of frozen soil,and surface displacement settlement data are carried out to determine the development law and safety stability of the freezing curtain,ensuring that all construction data meet the standards.The results show that the temperature first drops sharply with the change of freezing time,and then slowly decreases until it stabilizes;According to monitoring,when the pressure relief hole starts to increase for a period of time and there is no sediment seepage,it indicates that the frozen curtain is well formed;The surface displacement and settlement have always been in a stable state,without any uplift,settlement,collapse or other phenomena,which can ensure the timely progress of freezing construction.The frozen soil curtain information obtained during excavation construction confirms the accuracy of monitoring data.
