摘　　要：渝湘高铁重庆至黔江段重庆长江特长隧道是长江上游第一座高铁盾构隧道,超大断面盾构组装洞室为盾构机洞内组装施工场地,上部结构衬砌宽25 m×高11.64 m,厚90 cm,超大断面衬砌施工难度大,质量不易控制,为保证衬砌施工安全和质量,落实国铁集团“以工法定工装、以工装保工艺、以工艺保质量”理念,超大断面盾构组装洞室衬砌采用智能衬砌台车施工,台车为双门式桁架结构,配置自动布料逐层分仓带压浇筑系统、附着式+拱顶插入式振捣系统、液位压触式防脱空报警系统、台车定位系统、带模注浆系统及软搭接、可视化端头模等智能化系统和设备,实现了二衬混凝土分层逐窗自动布料浇筑、实时监控混凝土浇筑、掌握浇筑进程,提高了拱顶混凝土密实度,浇筑完成2 h后采用带模注浆一体机进行带模注浆作业,有效预防了拱顶脱空,可有效保障超大断面衬砌混凝土浇筑施工质量。The Chongqing Yangtze River extra-long tunnel of Chongqing-Hunan high-speed railway between Chongqing and Qianjiang River is the first shield tunnel of high-speed railway in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,in order to ensure the safety and quality of the lining construction,the concept of“using construction legal tooling,using tooling to guarantee technology and using technology to guarantee quality”is implemented,the intelligent lining trolley is used in the construction of the tunnel lining of the super large section shield machine assembly,and the trolley is a double-door truss structure,it is equipped with intelligent system and equipment,such as automatic distributing material layer by layer and distributing bin with pressure pouring system,attached+vault insert type vibrating system,liquid level pressure contact type anti-void alarm system,trolley positioning system,with mould grouting system and soft lapping,visual end mould,etc.,the second lining concrete layer by layer and window by window automatic distribution pouring is realized,the real-time monitoring concrete pouring is realized,the pouring process is grasped,and the density of arch top concrete is improved,2 hours after the completion of casting,the belt-mould grouting machine is used to carry out belt-mould grouting,which can effectively prevent the vault from being empty and ensure the construction quality of super-large section lining concrete casting.
