摘 要:发展深层超深层取心技术是积极践行习近平总书记“向地球深部进军”号令的具体行动,是探索深层油气资源的重要手段。取心收获率、密闭率、保压成功率等重要指标是评价取心作业是否成功的关键,上述指标受地层岩性、取心工具材料、结构设计、取心工艺以及现场作业等因素的影响非常大。文章针对深层超深层取心面临的井筒温度高、循环压力大、地层岩性破碎易堵心、岩心定位区分难度大等挑战,总结分析了近年来国内深层超深层取心技术取得的成绩和出现的典型问题,对比国外同类型取心工具的结构及成功应用案例,进而提出未来我国深井超深井取心技术的发展建议,并研究适用于深层超深层的系列取心工具和配套取心工艺技术,为“取全、取准”深层超深层地质资料,推动我国深层超深层油气资源勘探开发提供技术支撑。Developing deep and ultra-deep coring technology is one of the important means to explore deep and ultra-deep oil and gas resources.Important indicators such as core recovery,sealing rate,and success rate of in-situ pressure-preserved coring are vital to evaluate the success of coring operation.The afore-mentioned indicators are greatly affected by factors such as formation lithology,coring tool material,structural design,coring procedures as well as on-site operation.After reviewing the challenges during deep and ultra-deep coring,such as high wellbore temperature,high circulating pressure,frequently occurred core blockage by broken strata and difficulty in core positioning and differentiation,this paper analyzes and summarizes some achievements and typical problems of deep and ultra-deep coring technology in China in recent years,investigates the peer core tool designs and successful application cases outside China,and then proposes the future development directions of deep and ultra-deep well coring technology in China.This study is suitable for a series of deep and ultra-deep coring tools and supporting coring technology,providing technical support for"collecting complete and accurate"deep and ultra-deep geological data and promoting the exploration and development of deep and ultra-deep oil and gas resources in China.
