摘 要:2020年9月,韩国8台核电机组因台风“美莎克”(2020年9月3日)和“海神”(2020年9月7日)发生丧失厂外电源事件。发生此事件是由于核电厂与外部变电站及相关设施之间的输电线以及绝缘材料路出现问题。本文调查分析了丧失厂外电的原因和事故序列,判断事件主要原因为输变电设备绝缘材料在台风产生盐害情况下绝缘降低发生闪络导致丧失厂外电。同时,梳理了国内外类似盐害现象导致绝缘降低的事件,研究盐害引起绝缘降低发生的闪络现象,得出研究结论并提出合理改进建议。In September 2020,eight nuclear power units in South Korea experienced a loss of off-site power due to Typhoons Maysak(September 3,2020)and Poseidon(September 7,2020).This incident was due to problems with the transmission lines and insulation between the nuclear power plant and external substations and related facilities.This paper investigates and analyzes the cause of the loss of off-site power and the sequence of accidents,and determines that the main cause of the incident was the loss of off-site power due to the flashover of insulation materials of transmission and substation equipment due to insulation degradation under the salt damage caused by the typhoon.At the same time,combing the domestic and foreign similar salt damage phenomenon caused by insulation degradation of the event,the study of salt damage caused by insulation degradation of the flashover phenomenon,to draw conclusions and put forward reasonable improvement proposals.
