摘 要:随着城乡居民对肿瘤治疗和镇痛治疗需求的日益增加,医用直线加速器建设项目变得愈加频繁。为提高医用直线加速器建设的辐射防护评价科学性,本文对比研究了国际标准NCRP 151-2005和国内卫生标准GBZ 201.2-2011的差异性,并结合某加速器建设项目,分析了两标准对10 MV常规治疗模式和6 MV FFF治疗模式下关注点剂量率的预测结果保守性。相关研究成果对于指导医用直线加速器建设项目环境影响评价计算和提升国内核技术利用水平,具有一定的参考价值。With the increasing demand of urban and rural residents for tumor treatment and analgesic therapy,medical linear accelerator construction projects have become more and more frequent.In order to improve the scientific evaluation of radiation protection in the construction of medical linear accelerator,this paper compares the differences between NCRP 151-2005 international standard and GBZ 201.2-2011 domestic health standard over an accelerator construction project.The conservative prediction results of the two criteria for the dose rate of concern in the 10 MV conventional treatment mode and the 6 MV FFF treatment mode were analyzed.The value of this research can guide the environmental impact assessment of medical linear accelerator and improve the utilization of nuclear technology.
