摘 要:为提高轧钢加热炉低温烟气脱硫脱硝的效率,且在低成本和能耗下增强处理效果,改善大气中二氧化硫与氮氧化合物污染问题,对轧钢加热炉低温烟气脱硫脱硝工艺进行了研究。详细分析脱硫脱硝工艺流程中的所涉及的关键参数,并采用模糊PID来完成对低温烟气脱硫脱硝工艺关键参数的自整定控制,输出最佳的关键参数,完成低成本和低能耗,高效的低温烟气脱硫脱硝。经过试验验证,该方法可以有效实现烟气脱硫脱硝,具有较高的处理效率,且综合能耗与成本均更低,应用后能够有效降低烟气中二氧化硫和氮氧化合物的浓度,增强脱硫脱硝效果。In order to improve the desulphurization and denitrification efficiency of low-temperature flue gas in steel rolling heating furnace,en-hance the treatment effect at low cost and energy consumption,and improve the pollution of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the atmos-phere,the desulphurization and denitrification process of low-temperature flue gas in steel rolling heating furnace is studied.The key parame-ters involved in the desulfurization and denitrification process are analyzed in detail,and the fuzzy PID is used to complete the self-tuning con-trol of the key parameters of the low-temperature flue gas desulfurization and denitrification process,the output of the best key parameters,the completion of low cost and low energy consumption,high efficiency low-temperature flue gas desulfurization and denitrification.Through the test verification,the method can effectively achieve flue gas desulfurization and denitrification,has higher treatment efficiency,and compre-hensive energy consumption and cost are lower,after application can effectively reduce the concentration of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in flue gas,enhance the effect of desulfurization and denitrification.
