摘 要:为了降低火电载能碳排放量,实现工业炉园区火电载能的碳排放优化,提出基于IPSO算法的火电载能工业炉园区碳排放模型。通过工业炉园区火电机组的度电煤炭消耗量,计算火电机组的碳排放强度,结合最小二乘算法拟合各个火电机组的煤耗特性曲线,以此为基础,将含煤耗量最小、费用最小、污染物排放量最小视为目标函数,结合总负荷平衡、旋转备用容量等约束条件,构建工业炉园区碳排放优化模型,并通过IPSO算法对模型进行求解,实现工业炉园区火电载能的碳排放优化。测试结果显示:该模型有效完成机组在低碳、基准以及高碳三种情况下的燃煤特性曲线拟合,优化后机组碳排放浓度最大结果分别为744.5、502.4.833.6mgm=3,最高日碳排放量分别为10087.3、89665.4、92204.3kg,在满足园区供需的情况实现碳排放量的优化。In order to reduce the carbon emissions of thermal power carrying eapacity and optimize the curbon emissions of industrial fumace parks,a earbon emision model for thermal power erying capaeity industrial fumuace parks based on IPS0 algorithm is propsed.By calculat-ing the carbon consumption of thermal power units in the indutrial furmace purk,the carbon emission intensity of thermal power units is calcu-lated,and the least square algorithm is used to fit the coal consumption characteristie curvee of each thermal power unit.Based on this,the objective functions of minimizing coal consumption,cnst,and pollutant emissions are considered,and combined with constraints such as total loud balance and rotaing reserve capucity.an industrial fumace park carbon emision optimization model is constructed,And solve the model through IPSO algrithm to achieve earbon enission optimiation of thermal power load in industrial furmace parks.The test resuls show that the nodel efetiveley fits the coal combustion charateristie curves of the unit under three onditions:low-carbon,benchmark,and high earbon.Afier optimixation,the maximum carbon emission oncentration of the unit is 744.5,502.4,833.6 mg·m^(-3),and the maximum daily carbon emissiosns are 10087.3,89665.4 and 92204.3 kg.respectively.The optimization of carbon emissions is achieved while meeing the supply and demand of the paurk.
