摘 要:高炉渣中物料的熔化情况影响冶金反应的进行程度,固体物料在高温熔池中熔化时,其内部温度较高,监测环境恶劣,无法直接观测熔化过程。为探究熔池中投加物熔化规律,优化工艺参数,利用ANSYSFluent软件模拟熔化行为,定量地分析物料种类、物料尺寸对投加物熔化过程的影响。结果表明,物料的粒径分别为0.2,0.5,1.0和2.0cm时,焚烧渣和污泥完全熔化时间分别为0.208,1.0633.280,8.845s和0.146,0.755,2.950,7.520s。在熔化过程中,焚烧渣和污泥内外温度差一般不超过30℃。为基于冶炼废渣的多元工业固废CO_(2)矿化工艺研究提供理论依据和实验支撑。The melting of the material in the blast furnace slag affects the degree of metallurgical reaction.When the solid material is melted in the high temperature molten pool,the internal temperature is high,the monitoring environment is harsh,and the melting process cannot be di-rectly observed.In order to explore the melting law of the additive in the molten pool and optimize the process parameters,it used ANSYS Flu-ent software to simulate the melting behavior,and quantitatively analyzed the influence of material type and material size on the melting process of the additive.The results showed that when the particle size of the material is 0.2,0.5,1.0 and 2.0 cm,the complete melting time of the incineration slag and sludge is 0.208,1.063,3.280,8.845 and 0.146,0.755,2.950,7.520 s,respectively.During the melting process,the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the incineration slag and the sludge generally didn't exceed 30 C.It can provide theoretical basis and experimental support for the study of multi-industrial solid waste CO_(2) mineralization process based on smelting slag.
