摘　　要：窑炉是用耐火材料砌成的用以煅烧物料或烧成制品的设备,主要用于金属、玻璃、陶瓷等制造行业。工业窑炉可以进行高温处理,例如淬火、退火、回火等工艺过程,以改变材料的韧性、硬度等性能,使材料达到满足特定需求的目的。制造业工业窑炉的在线检测直接关系到工业运行效率。窑炉燃料燃烧过程受到多种因素的影响,包括燃料的种类、燃烧空气比、燃烧温度、燃烧时间等。优化这些因素可以改善燃烧效率、减少能源浪费和环境污染。在分析工业窑炉构造以及燃烧过程的基础上,从系统构造、硬件选型以及软件设计三方面介绍了工业窑炉节能在线检测系统的设计方案,旨在帮助控制人员识别窑炉能源浪费和低效率的情况,不断改进燃烧过程、优化操作参数和提高热传输效率,提高窑炉的能源利用效率,从而降低能源消耗和运行成本。The cellar furnace is a kind of equipment built with refractory materials to calcinate materials or products,mainly used in metal,glass,ceramics and other manufacturing industries.Industrial furnace can be high-temperature treatment,such as quenching,annealing,tem-pering and other processes,in order to change the toughness,hardness and other properties of the material,so that the material can meet the specific needs of the purpose.The on-line inspection of industrial kiln in manufacturing industry is directly related to the efficiency of industri-al operation.The combustion process of kiln fuel is affected by many factors,including the type of fuel,combustion air ratio,combustion tem-perature,and combustion time.Optimizing these factors can improve combustion efficiency and reduce energy waste and environmental pollu-tion.Based on the analysis of industrial kiln structure and combustion process,it introduces the design scheme of industrial kiln energy saving online detection system from three aspects:system structure,hardware selection and software design,aiming to help controllers identify the situation of kiln energy waste and low efficiency,constantly improve the combustion process,optimize operating parameters and improve heat transfer efficiency.Improve the energy efficiency of the kiln,thereby reducing energy consumption and operating costs.
