摘 要:LF钢包精炼炉近年来取得了广泛的应用,是重要的精炼设备。在冶炼过程中,消耗大量的电能实现钢水温度的升高,属于高耗能工艺环节。在国家倡导绿色智能制造及碳达峰碳中和的政策背景下,降低LF炉工艺电耗,提升冶炼过程的智能化水平成为冶金企业亟待解决的问题。通过实际工况信息采集,动态调整电极调节器参数以降低LF钢包精炼炉的冶炼电耗、最大需量电耗实现绿色制造。通过减少石墨电极的损耗实现碳减排。同时创造性地研发了除恒电流、恒阻抗以外,第三种自主知识产权的LF炉变流电极调节器,并成功应用于本钢板材股份有限公司炼钢厂2#LF、3#LF、4#LF炉,具有良好的推广前景。Ladle furnace(LF)has been widely used in recent years.It is an important refining equipment.In smelting process,It consumes a large amount of electric energy to increase the temperature of molten steel and belong to a process link with high energy consumption.Under the policy background of national advocacy of green intelligent manufacturing and carbon neutralization of carbon peak.It is an urgent problem for metallurgical enterprises to reduction of process power consumption of LF furnace and improve the intelligent level of smelting process.The pa-rameters of electrode regulator are dynamically adjusted by collecting the actual working condition information to reduce the smelting power consumption and the maximum demand power consumption of LF refining furnace and realize green manufacturing.It reduce carbon emission by reducing the loss of graphite electrode.In addition to constant current and constant impedance,the third variable current electrode regulator of LF furnace with independent intellectual property rights was creatively developed.It has been successfully applied to 2#LF,3#LF and 4#LF furnaces in the steelmaking plant of Benxi steel plate Co.,Ltd..It has a good prospect of popularization.
