汽车转向系统中离合器打滑检测软件功能研究

摘  要:为避免电动助力转向(electric power steering,EPS)系统受到外力过载冲击而发生助力丢失或转向角失效等故障,在EPS机械结构中增加离合器设计及其打滑检测软件功能(DSC)。首先,根据DSC软件功能逻辑,分析出软件阈值设置及判定方法的重要性。其次,通过台架测试数据分析,准确设置了软件判定阈值,从而将产品个体差异性带来的误差降到最低。同时,改善了整车工况下存在的潜在问题,以达到整车更高舒适性、安全性目标。最后,硬件在环测试的试验结果表明软件功能的可靠性。目前,行业内相关研究几乎是空白,本研究为EPS系统其他软件功能研究提供了重要参考价值。To prevent EPS systems from being subjected to external overload shocks and failures such as loss of power or steering angle invalid,the clutch design and detection slipping clutch software function(DSC)were added to EPS system.The paper firstly analyzes the importance of software threshold setting and determination method according to the DSC function logic;secondly,through the analysis of bench test data,the software threshold is accurately set,so as to minimize the error caused by individual product variability,and at the same time improve the potential problems existing in the vehicle working condition,in order to achieve the goal of higher comfort and safety of vehicle.Finally,the test results of hardware in loop testing also show the reliability of DSC function.This paper provides an important reference value for the study of other software functions of EPS systems,as there is almost no research in the industry.
