摘 要:目的:分析脾气虚与现代慢性疾病的相关性,并对常用补气健脾的中药材、食材、药对及经典药膳方进行综述,以期为相关功能性产品开发提供科学依据。方法:以脾气虚、补气健脾、代谢障碍、药膳等为检索词在古籍以及中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed和Web of Science等数据库查找相关文献进行归纳整理。结果:脾胃气虚证的药理作用研究逐渐深入,补气健脾药物成分研究也达到一定程度,但是对于药食同源食物类的研究较少。结论:应加大对药食同源补气健脾产品的研究。【Objective】To review the relevance of spleen qi deficiency to modern chronic diseases and to review the commonly used herbs,ingredients,pairs and classical medicinal recipes for tonifying qi and strengthening the spleen,with a view to laying the foundation for related functional product development.【Method】The search terms of spleen qi deficiency,nourishing qi and strengthening spleen,metabolic disorders and medicinal food were used to find relevant literature in ancient books and databases such as CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,PubMed and Web of Science for summarization.【Result】Research on the pharmacological effects of qi deficiency in the spleen and stomach has gradually intensified,and research on the components of medicines for tonifying qi and strengthening the spleen has reached a certain level,but there is less research on food groups of medicinal origin.【Conclusion】Research on medicinal diets for tonifying qi and strengthening the spleen is too little and limited to TCM explanations,and modern research on products of medicinal origin should be increased.
