摘 要:为使风电机组能够响应新能源电力系统频率变化,提高系统运行稳定性,该文提出基于一致性算法的新能源电力系统风电机组一次调频控制方法。计算各台风电机组最优减载率,将其作为依据,实现全风速工况风电机组减载控制,利用各风电机组的预留功率弥补新能源电力系统有功功率缺额,若有不足,通过储能单元予以补充,确保新能源电力系统平稳运行。实验结果表明,该方法可获取新能源电力系统全局信息,在全风速工况下,减载控制后的风电机组预留功率可满足新能源电力系统有功功率缺额,系统频率偏差较小。In order to make the wind turbine respond to the frequency change of new energy power system and improve the stability of system operation,a primary frequency modulation control method of wind turbine in new energy power system based on consistency algorithm is proposed.Calculate the optimal load shedding rate of each wind turbine generator set,and use it as a basis to realize load shedding control of wind turbines under full wind speed conditions.Use the reserved power of each wind turbine generator set to make up for the deficiency of active power in the new energy power system.If there is any deficiency,it will be supplemented by the energy storage unit to ensure the smooth operation of the new energy power system.The experimental results show that this method can obtain the global information of new energy power system,and the reserved power of wind turbine after load shedding control can meet the active power shortage of new energy power system under full wind speed conditions,and the system frequency deviation is small.
