糖尿病足清创术后的医护一体化干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化护理干预在糖尿病足清创术后的运用效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的72例糖尿病足患者,随机分为两组,各36例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组为医护一体化护理。对比两组住院时长、住院费用、疼痛程度、创面愈合效果及满意度。结果干预前两组VAS评分无明显差异,术后1月观察组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组创面面积无明显差异,术后一月观察组创面面积明显小于对照组,且创面愈合效果更佳(P<0.05);两组住院时长、住院费用方面差异皆具显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理干预用于糖尿病足清创术后患者,能减轻其疼痛,促进创面愈合,缩短住院时长,减少住院费用等。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of integrated health care nursing interventions after diabetic foot debridement.Methods A retrospective analysis of 72 cases of diabetic foot patients admitted to our hospital was randomly divided into two groups,each with 36 cases.The control group adopted conventional nursing care,and the observation group was medical and nursing integration nursing.Compare the length of hospitalization,hospitalization cost,pain level,wound healing effect and satisfaction of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group in the first month after the operation(P<0.05).there was no significant difference in the traumatic area between the two groups before the intervention,but the traumatic area of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group in the first month after the operation,and the traumatic healing effect was better(P<0.05);the difference in the hospitalization length and hospitalization cost between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated health care nursing intervention for patients after diabetic foot debridement reduces their pain,promotes wound healing,shortens hospitalization length,and reduces hospitalization costs.
