针对性护理联合延续护理对碘-125粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探究针对性护理联合延续护理对碘-125粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的应用价值。方法选取本院进行碘-125粒子植入治疗的NSCLC患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理上予以针对性护理和延续护理,两组各护理3个月。比较两组护理前、后的疲乏程度[癌因性疲乏量表(CFS)]、遵医行为、生存质量[癌症患者生活质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)]分数。结果护理后,两组CFS评分下降,且观察组低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组遵医行为、QLQ-C30评分均提高,且观察组高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理联合延续护理应用于碘-125粒子植入治疗NSCLC患者中,能够减轻疲乏程度,提高患者遵医行为,改善生存质量。Objective To explore the application value of targeted care combined with continuous care in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with iodine-125 seeds implantation.Methods Eighty patients with NSCLC,who were treated with iodine-125 seeds implantation in our hospital,were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care.Based on this,the observation group was given targeted care combined with continuous care for 3 months.Before and after nursing,the fatigue degree[Cancer related fatigue scale(CFS)],medical compliance behavior,and quality of life[Cancer patients'quality of life scale(QLQ-C30)]of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the CFS scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the compliance behavior and QLQ-C30 score of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted care combined with continuous care in the treatment of NSCLC patients with iodine-125 seeds implantation can reduce fatigue,improve patients'compliance behavior,and improve the quality of life.
