摘　　要：本文综合了近些年来红景天苷在治疗动脉粥样硬化(AS)中的研究进展,主要从内皮功能障碍、血管内炎症、脂质代谢紊乱和巨噬细胞表型改变等病理机制方面逐层剖析展开阐述,分析表明仍需要继续开展相关分子和基因层面的系统研究,更加精确把握红景天苷治疗AS的作用机制,为预防和治疗AS提供新的思路。In this paper,we synthesized the research progress of salidroside in Anti-atherosclerosis(AS)in recent years,mainly elaborated from the endothelial dysfunction,intravascular inflammation,lipid metabolism disorders and macrophage phenotypic changes in the mechanism of layer by layer analysis,The analysis showed that there was still a need to continue to carry out relevant molecular and genetic level systematic research,to more precisely grasp the mechanism of salidroside in the treatment of AS,and to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of AS.
