八珍汤加减结合口服营养制剂治疗气血亏虚型晚期胃癌的疗效及对营养状态、精神状态的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:在气血亏虚型晚期胃癌疾病患者临床治疗过程采取八珍汤加减结合口服营养制剂疗法,研究观察此种中西医联合治疗方式的临床效果及对患者营养状况、精神状态两个方面所带来的影响。方法:随机选取医院1年多时间内(2020年1月―2021年2月)所治疗的气血亏虚型晚期胃癌患者(样本观察数量为86例),采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,即对照组与观察组,其中对照组使用口服营养制剂治疗,观察组在此基础上加用八珍汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后营养状态[其中主要涉及白蛋白(Albumin,Alb)、前白蛋白(Prealbumn,PA)、血清总蛋白(Total Protein,TP)这3项指标水平]与精神状态[使用焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)进行评估]的变化情况。结果:治疗2周后,与对照组比较,观察组疗效更高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组Alb、PA、TP、SAS评分、SDS评分等指标差异不大(P>0.05),治疗2周后,与对照组比较,观察组Alb、PA、TP等指标水平更高,SAS评分、SDS评分更低(P <0.05)。结论:对气血亏虚型晚期胃癌患者使用八珍汤加减结合口服营养制剂治疗效果较好,可有效改善营养状态与精神状态,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective:In the clinical treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer of Qi(气)and blood deficiency type,Bazhen decoction(八珍汤)combined with oral nutrition preparation was given to study and observe the clinical therapeutic effect of this therapy and its clinical therapeutic effect on the nutritional status and mental state of patients.Methods:The patients with advanced gastric cancer of Qi and blood deficiency type treated in the hospital for more than one year from January 2020 to February 2021)were randomly selected(the number of samples was 86),and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,namely,the control group and the observation group,in which the control group was treated with oral nutrition preparations.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Bazhen decoction.The clinical efficacy,nutritional status[involving changes in the levels of albumin(Alb),prealbumin(PA),and total protein(TP)]and mental state[evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Alb,PA,TP,SAS score,SDS score and other indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of Alb,PA,TP and other indicators in the observation group were higher,and SAS,SDS scores were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Bazhen decoction combined with oral nutrition preparation is better on patients with advanced gastric cancer of Qi and blood deficiency type,it can effectively improve the nutritional status and mental state,and has higher clinical promotion value.
