摘　　要：冷谦的《四季却病歌》记载于《修龄要指》中,将延年六字诀与四时养生相结合。文章探究了《四季却病歌》的渊源,结合中医与现代医学研究、分析并揭示了《四季却病歌》中六字诀治未病原理,分别从上中下三焦探讨六字诀调理机体功能。练习者通过齿音、喉音、牙音、舌音、唇音的不同读音即宫、商、角、徵、羽五音,调节体内气息、脏腑功能。“呵”“呬”主上焦,“呵”音着力点在舌,声发于舌,五音为徵,在五行中属火,在脏属心。“呬”字发音着力点为牙齿,声出于齿,五音属商,五行属金,五脏属肺,可泄肺之浊气、调理肺脏。“呼”主中焦,“呼”字诀发音时的着力点在于喉咙部分,声出于喉部,喉音在五音中为宫,五行属土,在脏为脾。“嘘”“吹”主下焦,“嘘”音的着力点在于牙齿,声出于牙为牙音,五音属角,牙音在五行中属木,五脏属肝,可调理肝脏,疏通肝经。“吹”音着力点在唇部位,属唇音,五音属羽,五行属水,在脏为肾。“嘻”字诀起到共理三焦作用,“嘻”字发“Xi”时,发音着力点包含其余五字诀,使之作用亦包含前五种,“嘻”将三焦相联系。六字诀在现代广为运用,在治病方面尤为突出,但日常运用养生不及八段锦、太极拳、易筋经广泛。文章对《四季却病歌》中的养生思想作进一步阐述,以期普及到大众日常养生之中。LENG Qian’s Siji Quebing Ge(《四季却病歌》)was recorded in Xiuling Yaozhi(《修龄要指》),combining sixcharacter formula for prolonging life with health preserving in four seasons.This paper explores the origin of Siji Quebing Ge,combines the research and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,reveals the principle of the six-character formula in Siji Quebing Ge,and discusses the function of the body from the upper warmer,middle warmer,and lower warmer.The practitioner regulates the function of the body,viscera through the different pronunciation of tooth,throat,tongue,and lip sounds,namely Gong(宫),Shang(商),Jiao(角),Zhi(徵),Yu(羽).He(呵)and Si(呬)regulate upper warmer,He sound focus on the tongue,sound from the tongue,five tones for the Zhi,in the five elements of the fire,the five viscera belong to the heart.Si Word pronunciation,its focal point for the teeth,sound from the teeth,the five tone belong to the Shang,the five elements belong to gold,the five viscera belong to the lung,can discharge the lung of the turbidity,conditioning the lung.Hu the main conditioning on middle warmer,the pronunciation of Hu formula is the part of the throat,the voice from the throat,the throat in the five tones for the Gong,the five elements belong to the earth,the five viscera belong to the spleen.Xu Chui the main conditioning on lower warmer,Xu sound focus on the teeth,the sound for the tooth sound,the five tone belong to the Jiao,the tooth sound in the five elements of wood,the five viscera belong to the liver,can regulate the liver,dredge the liver meridian.Chui sound focus on the lip,belong to the lip sound,five sound belongs to the Yu,the five elements belong to water,the five viscera belong to the kidney.And Xi word formula plays a total of triple energizer role,Xi the pronunciation focus contains the other five words,so that the role also contains the first five,Xi is triple energizer connection.The six-character formula is widely used in modern times,especially in the treatment
