虫类药在胃癌防治中的应用

摘　　要：胃癌是常见恶性肿瘤之一,研究表明其病机以气阴不足、毒瘀交阻为主。虫类药多具补益培元、活血化瘀、解毒散结之功效,且为血肉有情之品,兼具养血活血、解毒散结的攻补一体之功,与胃癌之核心病机相一致,在胃癌防治方面具有良好的临床疗效优势。文章就虫类药在胃癌中的应用加以总结,以为临床诊疗提供参考。Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors.Research has shown that its main pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine is deficiency of qi and yin,and obstruction of toxin and blood stasis.Insect medicinals often have the effects of tonifying,nourishing,promoting blood circulation,resolving blood stasis,and detoxifying and dispersing nodules.They are also flesh and blood sentient products,and have the blood nourishing and activating,promoting blood circulation,and detoxifying and dispersing nodules.They are consistent with the core pathogenesis of gastric cancer and have good clinical efficacy advantages in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.This article summarizes the application of insect medicinals in gastric cancer,providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
