基于“金水相生”理论联合生物反馈疗法治疗混合型便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察基于中医学“金水相生,肺肾同治”理论指导下的中医药治疗混合型便秘的临床应用联合生物反馈治疗的临床效果。方法 选取混合型便秘患者60例分为试验组和对照组各30例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组应用生物反馈疗法治疗,试验组在基础治疗的基础上服用中药饮片汤剂,中药选取以“金水相生”理论指导下的临床验方治疗。结果 试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。各项主要症状指标和次要症状评分均有缓解,试验组在各项主要症状、次要症状评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。表面肌电测定结果显示,试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 利用中医学“金水相生,肺肾同治”理论指导下的中医药治疗混合型便秘临床效果显著,但由于便秘的病理因素复杂,往往疗效不能取得最优成果,多数患者在疾病发展的后期盆底肌群功能均有不同程度的异常,联合生物反馈治疗可大幅度提高临床效果,缩减治疗周期,两者功效互补,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional constipation and the clinical effect of biofeedback treatment under the guidance of the theory of"gold and water grow together,lung and kidney treat together"of Chinese medicine.Method 60 cases of mixed constipation were selected,30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group,which were grouped according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with biofeedback therapy.The observation group was treated with decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of basic treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine was selected for clinical treatment under the guidance of the theory of"gold and water grow together"in our hospital.Result Among the two groups of patients,the observation group had an effective rate was better than the control group(P<0.05).All major symptom indicators and secondary symptom scores were alleviated,and the observation group had better scores in all major and secondary symptoms than the control group(P<0.05).The surface electromyography measurement results showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the theory of"gold and water grow together,and lung and kidney are treated together"in traditional Chinese medicine is remarkable.However,due to the complex pathological factors of constipation,the efficacy often can not achieve the optimal results.Most patients have different degrees of abnormalities in the function of pelvic floor muscles in the late stage of disease development.The combination of biofeedback treatment can significantly improve the clinical effect and reduce the treatment cycle.The efficacy of the two is complementary,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
