摘 要:慢性紫外线辐射可导致皮肤光老化,防治光老化已成为人们日益密切关注的问题。细胞凋亡在光老化的发生发展中占据重要地位,紫外线辐射引起的细胞凋亡导致的皮肤光老化与表皮角质形成细胞和成纤维细胞凋亡紧密相关。深入研究细胞凋亡皮肤光老化的发病机制,可为防治皮肤光老化提供重要依据,从而为临床治疗提供新路径。文章就细胞凋亡在皮肤光老化中的发展机制进行简要综述。Chronic ultraviolet radiation can cause skin photoaging,and the prevention and treatment of photoaging has become an increasingly important issue.Cell apoptosis plays an important role in the occurrence and development of photoaging.The photoaging of skin caused by cell apoptosis induced by ultraviolet radiation is closely related to the apoptosis of epidermal keratinocytes and fibroblasts.Further study of the pathogenesis of skin photoaging due to apoptosis can provide important basis for prevention and treatment of skin photoaging,thus providing a new path for clinical treatment.In this paper,the development mechanism of apoptosis in skin photoaging is briefly reviewed.
