摘　　要：目的 开展中药熏香防疫研究,研制具有高效、安全、环保的中药熏香制剂,证实其具有抑菌性能。方法 采用苍术、艾叶、桂枝为主要原料,经水蒸气蒸馏法得到混合挥发油,稀释成不同浓度的制剂,采用抑菌环试验对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌的效果进行观察。结果 根据实验结果,中药熏剂对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌有明显的抑菌环,具有较强的抑菌和杀菌作用。结论 中药熏香的消毒效果明确,该制剂具有良好的抑菌能力。Objective To carry out research on traditional Chinese medicine incense and epidemic prevention,develop efficient,safe and environmentally friendly traditional Chinese medicine incense preparations,and prove its antibacterial properties.Methods Using atractylodes,mugwort leaves and cassia branch as the main raw materials,the mixed volatile oil was distilled by steam distillation and diluted into different concentrations,and the effect of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was observed by antibacterial ring test.Result According to the experimental results,traditional Chinese medicine fumigant has obvious antibacterial ring on Staphylococcus aureus and E.coli,and has strong antibacterial and bactericidal effect.Conclusion The disinfection effect of Chinese medicine incense is clear,and the preparation has good antibacterial ability.
