摘　　要：目的 探究针刺联合氟哌啶醇治疗儿童多发性抽搐症的临床疗效。方法 将92例多发性抽搐症患儿按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各46例,对照组予以氟哌啶醇治疗,试验组在氟哌啶醇基础上加用针刺治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组治疗前后耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT),治疗后临床疗效及治疗过程中不良反应。结果 治疗后,两组YGTSS评分、DA、5-HT均降低(P<0.05),试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 针刺联合氟哌啶醇治疗儿童多发性抽搐症可提高临床总有效率,改善临床症状,降低DA、5-HT等神经递质,治疗安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with haloperidol on children with multiple convulsions.Methods 92 children with multiple convulsions were randomly divided into test group and control group with 46.The control group was treated with haloperidol,and the test group was treated with acupuncture on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment with the Yale Comprehensive Tetch Severity Scale(YGTSS),dopamine(DA)and serotonin(5-HT).Result After treatment,YGTSS score,DA,5-HT in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and those in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),after treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the test group was higher(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the adverse reaction groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with haloperidol tablets can improve the clinical total effective rate,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce DA,5-HT and other neurotransmitters in children with multiple convulsions,and has a high therapeutic safety.
