中医护理技术在老年气滞血瘀型冠心病中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨中医护理技术在老年气滞血瘀型冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法 选择开封市中医院收治的老年气滞血瘀型冠心病患者80例,按随机数字表法分为两组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取中医护理技术,均持续护理3个月。比较两组心绞痛发作情况、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 干预前,两组心绞痛发作情况、生活质量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)各项评分、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)量表各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中医护理技术能改善老年气滞血瘀型冠心病患者心绞痛发作情况,提升生活质量,有利于病情恢复,护理满意度更高。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in elderly patients with coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods eighty elderly patients with coronary heart disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology on this basis.Both patients were given continuous nursing for 3 months.Angina attack,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result Before intervention,there was no significant difference in angina attack and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,in the observation group,the Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale(SAQ),the scores of physical function were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology can improve the angina pectoris attack of elderly patients with coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,improve the quality of life,and is conducive to the recovery of the disease,so the nursing satisfaction is higher.
