玉屏风颗粒对过敏性鼻炎患者通气功能及炎性反应的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究玉屏风颗粒对过敏性鼻炎(AR)患者通气功能及炎性反应的影响。方法 80例AR患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组使用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用玉屏风颗粒联合治疗。比较两组通气功能[最大呼气流速(PEF)、PEF昼夜变异率]、炎性反应指标[白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-17、IL-23、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、免疫功能[免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgE]、症状评分、治疗效果及临床症状改善时间。结果 治疗后,两组PEF均高于治疗前, PEF昼夜变异率均低于治疗前,且观察组PEF(73.30±7.91)L/min高于对照组的(62.97±6.43)L/min, PEF昼夜变异率(13.34±2.45)%低于对照组的(17.74±3.65)%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-6(131.52±11.17)ng/L、IL-17(3.13±0.27)ng/L、IL-23(151.56±18.25)ng/L、CRP(4.28±0.22)mg/L、TNF-α(7.44±1.18)ng/L均低于对照组的(159.65±18.15)ng/L、(4.44±0.51)ng/L、(215.31±31.30)ng/L、(6.28±0.94)mg/L、(12.50±2.20)ng/L(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IgA(1.48±0.18)g/L、IgG(12.65±1.70)g/L高于对照组的(1.03±0.22)、(9.83±1.14)g/L, IgE(418.41±48.36)IU/ml低于对照组的(625.28±76.29)IU/ml(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组鼻涕、鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组鼻塞改善时间、鼻痒改善时间、喷嚏改善时间、流涕改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 为AR患者应用玉屏风颗粒治疗效果显著,有利于促进患者病情康复。Objective To explore the effect of Yupingfeng granules on ventilation function and inflammatory response in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods 80 patients with AR were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Yupingfeng granules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of ventilation function[peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),diurnal variation rate of PEF],inflammatory response indexes[interleukin(IL-6),IL-17,IL-23,C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],immune function[immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,IgE],symptom score,therapeutic effect,and improvement time of clinical symptoms.Results After treatment,PEF in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the diurnal variation rate of PEF was lower than that before treatment;the observation group had higher PEF of(73.30±7.91)L/min than(62.97±6.43)L/min in the control group,and lower diurnal variation rate of PEF of(13.34±2.45)%than(17.74±3.65)%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had IL-6 of(131.52±11.17)ng/L,IL-17 of(3.13±0.27)ng/L,IL-23 of(151.56±18.25)ng/L,CRP of(4.28±0.22)mg/L,and TNF-αof(7.44±1.18)ng/L,which were lower than(159.65±18.15)ng/L,(4.44±0.51)ng/L,(215.31±31.30)ng/L,(6.28±0.94)mg/L,and(12.50±2.20)ng/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had IgA of(1.48±0.18)g/L and IgG of(12.65±1.70)g/L,which were higher than(1.03±0.22)and(9.83±1.14)g/L in the control group;the observation group had lower IgE of(418.41±48.36)IU/ml than(625.28±76.29)IU/ml in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal discharge,nasal congestion,nasal itching and sneezing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of nasal congestion,n
