白癜风胶囊联合芪胶升白胶囊治疗白癜风患者的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究白癜风胶囊联合芪胶升白胶囊治疗白癜风患者的临床效果。方法回顾性选取200例白癜风患者,依据用药方法的不同分为联合用药组与单独用药组,各100例。联合用药组采用白癜风胶囊联合芪胶升白胶囊治疗,单独用药组采用白癜风胶囊单独治疗。比较两组体征积分(病损部位、病损面积、病损程度积分)、血常规[血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板计数(PLT)、白细胞计数(WBC)]、免疫功能(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、实验室指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、IL-12、IL-18]、临床疗效。结果用药后,联合用药组患者的病损部位、病损面积、病损程度积分及Hb、PLT、WBC水平分别为(0.23±0.07)分、(0.24±0.07)分、(0.14±0.04)分、(99.32±11.52)g/L、(179.85±27.56)×10^(9)/L、(4.25±0.82)×10^(9)/L,单独用药组患者分别为(0.50±0.05)分、(0.48±0.11)分、(0.46±0.06)分、(90.02±10.84)g/L、(150.23±21.65)×10^(9)/L、(3.72±0.86)×10^(9)/L。用药后,两组患者的病损部位、病损面积、病损程度积分及Hb、PLT、WBC水平均低于用药前,且联合用药组患者的病损部位、病损面积、病损程度积分均低于单独用药组,而Hb、PLT、WBC水平均高于单独用药组(P<0.05)。用药后,两组患者的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于用药前,CD8^(+)、TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-8、IL-12、IL-18水平均低于用药前,且联合用药组患者的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于单独用药组,CD8^(+)、TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-8、IL-12、IL-18水平均低于单独用药组(P<0.05)。联合用药组患者的总有效率87.00%(87/100)高于单独用药组的71.00%(71/100)(χ^(2)=7.715,P<0.05)。结论白癜风胶囊联合芪胶升白胶囊治疗白癜风患者的临床效果较白癜风胶囊单独治疗好。Objective To study the clinical effect of vitiligo capsule combined with Qijiao Shengbai capsule on patients with vitiligo.Methods A total of 200 patients with vitiligo were retrospectively selected and divided into a combined treatment group and a single treatment group according to different medication methods,each with 100 cases.The combined treatment group was treated with vitiligo capsule combined with Qijiao Shengbai capsule,and the single treatment group was treated with vitiligo capsule alone.Both groups were compared in terms of physical signs(lesion site,lesion area,lesion degree)score,blood routine[hemoglobin(Hb),platelet count(PLT),white blood cell count(WBC)],immune function(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),laboratory indicators[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8,IL-12,IL-18],and clinical efficacy.Results After the medication,the lesion site score,lesion area score,lesion degree score,Hb,PLT and WBC levels in the combined treatment group were(0.23±0.07)points,(0.24±0.07)points,(0.14±0.04)points,(99.32±11.52)g/L,(179.85±27.56)×10^(9)/L and(4.25±0.82)×10^(9)/L;in the single treatment group,they were(0.50±0.05)points,(0.48±0.11)points,(0.46±0.06)points,(90.02±10.84)g/L,(150.23±21.65)×10^(9)/L and(3.72±0.86)×10^(9)/L.After the medication,the lesion site score,lesion area score,lesion degree score,Hb,PLT and WBC levels in both groups were lower than those before the medication;the lesion site score,lesion area score and lesion degree score in the combined treatment group were lower than those in single treatment group,and Hb,PLT and WBC levels were higher than those in single treatment group(P<0.05).After the medication,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CD8^(+),TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-8,IL-12 and IL-18 were lower than those before treatment;the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in combined treatment group were higher than those in single treatment group,and th
