摘　　要：目的探析梅毒患者的社会现状和心理状况,评价个性化心理干预对梅毒患者心理状态的影响。方法选取60例梅毒患者作为研究对象,以随机双盲法分为常规组和研究组,每组30例。对常规组患者实施常规护理,研究组在常规组护理基础上增加相应的个性化心理干预,即焦点式心理护理。分析所有患者社会现状病耻感,比较两组患者情绪状态。结果60例患者社会现状病耻感分值10~19分患者占比35.00%,20~29分患者占比40.00%,30~39分患者占比20.00%,40~50分患者占比5.00%。干预前,两组医院焦虑抑郁情绪测量表(HAD)(A)、HAD(D)评分均相近(P>0.05);干预2周后,研究组HAD(A)评分(6.63±2.45)分、HAD(D)评分(4.30±2.49)分均较常规组的(8.33±2.95)、(6.07±2.81)分低(P<0.05)。结论患者病耻感普遍存在,加强梅毒患者个性化心理干预可有效改善患者心理状态,缓解患者抑郁焦虑情绪,提高患者治疗的依从性。Objective To explore the social and psychological status of syphilis patients and evaluate the influence of individual psychological intervention on the psychological state of syphilis patients.Methods 60 patients with syphilis were selected as the research subjects and divided into the conventional group and the research group by random double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group received conventional nursing,and patients in the research group added corresponding personalized psychological intervention,namely focused psychological nursing,on the basis of conventional nursing.The social stigma of all patients was analyzed,and the emotional status of the two groups was compared.Results The social stigma scores of 60 patients were analyzed.Patients with 10-19 points accounted for 35.00%,patients with 20-29 points accounted for 40.00%,patients with 30-39 points accounted for 20.00%,and patients with 40-50 points accounted for 5.00%.Before intervention,the scores of hospital anxiety and depression scale(HAD)(A)and HAD(D)were similar between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,HAD(A)score of the research group was(6.63±2.45)points and HAD(D)score was(4.30±2.49)points,which were lower than(8.33±2.95)and(6.07±2.81)points of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is widespread stigma in patients with syphilis.Strengthening individual psychological intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,relieve patients'depression and anxiety,and improve patients'compliance with treatment.
