摘 要:结合工程实例,论述树根桩在遇到既有建筑基础加固中出现的场地狭小及建筑层高不足、建筑物不均匀沉降且加固难度大、原有基础条件限制无法扩大承台补桩、地质条件不适合采用静压桩加固、基础需满足抗拔承载力要求等情况下的运用优势。同时,将其与用其他基础加固的方法进行对比探讨,提出树根桩的加固技术要点。从以上探讨中得出,树根桩工法在的基础加固工程中,具有实用意义。This article combines engineering examples to discuss the advantages of using tree root piles in the reinforcement of existing building foundations,such as narrow site and insufficient building height,uneven settlement of buildings and difficulty in reinforcement,limitations of existing foundation conditions that cannot expand pile cap reinforcement,geological conditions that are not suitable for static pressure pile reinforcement,and the need to meet the requirements of uplift bearing capacity of the foundation.It also compares and discusses it with other foundation reinforcement methods,The key points of reinforcement technology for tree root piles were proposed.The tree root pile construction method has practical significance in foundation reinforcement engineering.
