四黄蜜中药涂擦联合中药熏洗在四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀的护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨四黄蜜中药涂擦联合中药熏洗在四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀的护理效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年1月萍乡市中医院收治的60例四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组采用对患肢进行中药熏洗的方法,观察组在对照组的基础上,采取自制的四黄蜜进行中药涂擦法。比较两组的肢体肿胀程度、疼痛评分、肿胀缓解时间、疼痛缓解时间、护理满意度情况。结果两组干预后1、3、5 d的肢体肿胀程度评分、疼痛评分低于干预前,且观察组的肢体肿胀程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的肿胀缓解时间、疼痛缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四黄蜜中药涂擦联合中药熏洗在四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀的护理效果比较明显,可应该是患者的肢体肿胀程度、疼痛评分,缩短患者的肿胀缓解时间、疼痛缓解时间,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the nursing effect of Sihuangmi traditional Chinese medicine application combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on postoperative limb swelling after limb fracture surgery.Methods Sixty patients with postoperative limb swelling after limb fracture surgery admitted to Pingxiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases)using random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing of the affected limbs.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with self-made Sihuangmi and applied with traditional Chinese medicine.Limb swelling degree,pain score,swelling relief time,pain relief time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The limb swelling degree scores and pain scores of the two groups at 1,3 and 5 days after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the limb swelling degree scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The duration of swelling relief and pain relief in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Sihuangmi traditional Chinese medicine application and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has a significant nursing effect on limb swelling after limb fracture surgery,which can be attributed to the degree of limb swelling and pain score of patients,shortening the time for swelling and pain relief,and improving patient nursing satisfaction.
