摘  要:针对传统农业机械发电组中存在的振动信号受到干扰等问题,提出了一种基于变分模态分解-小波变换的振动信号随机噪声控制方法。该方法首先利用变分模态分解技术对振动信号进行分解,将信号分解成若干个模态分量;随后通过小波变换对每个模态分量进行分析,以识别并剔除其中的随机噪声成分,将经过噪声控制处理后的模态分量重新组合,得到了更加稳定和准确的振动信号。通过试验验证,该方法能够有效地控制机械传动系统的振动噪声,提高了系统的工作稳定性和性能可靠性,且用时较短,具有良好的应用前景和实用价值。In order to solve the problems of vibration signal interference in traditional agricultural machinery power generation units,a random noise control method of vibration signal based on variational mode decomposition-wavelet transform was proposed.In this method,the vibration signal is decomposed into several modal components by using the variational mode decomposition technology,and then each modal component is analyzed by wavelet transform to identify and eliminate the random noise components,and the modal components after noise control treatment are recombined to obtain a more stable and accurate vibration signal.Through experimental verification,this method can effectively control the vibration and noise of the mechanical transmission system,improve the working stability and performance reliability of the system,and take a short time,which has a good application prospect and practical value.
