摘  要:高压柱塞泵是高端液压装备的核心元件,但由于其工作环境恶劣且内部几何结构复杂,国内缺乏良好的关键部件强化手段,导致国产高压柱塞泵寿命较低。该文利用超声波诱导水体产生空化泡,空泡溃灭产生射流冲击待强化表面,可获得良好的强化效果。为能够多维度分析不同参数对表面完整性的影响,以加工时间、靶向距离、超声振幅(声压强度)为试验因素,试件表面粗糙度和残余应力为评价指标,设计三因素三水平正交试验。结果表明,超声空化水喷丸工艺可以提高其表面性能,是一种十分有研究前景的强化方式。High pressure piston pumps are the core components of high-end hydraulic equipment,but due to their harsh working environment and complex internal geometric structure,there is a lack of effective means to strengthen key components in China,resulting in a lower lifespan of domestic high-pressure piston pumps.By using ultrasound to induce cavitation bubbles in water,the collapse of the bubbles and the impact of jets on the surface to be strengthened can achieve good strengthening effects.In order to analyze the impact of different parameters on surface integrity in multiple dimensions,orthogonal experiments were designed for multiple parameters of the process and workpiece.The results show that the ultrasonic cavitation water shot peening process can improve its surface performance and is a very promising strengthening method for research.
