摘　　要：基于2012—2020年江苏省农产品加工业的进出口贸易情况,该文剖析了江苏省农产品加工业的出口规模和出口结构,选择并测算了能从不同角度反映一国/地区农产品国际竞争力的四种指标,通过对比分析江苏省与全国及两大农产品出口省份的差距,明确了江苏农产品的国际竞争力现状,并针对江苏农产品国际竞争力不足但发展空间及潜力巨大的现状,通过与全球农产品出口大国美国和法国的农产品国际竞争力进行比较,探讨了提升江苏优势农产品国际竞争力的有效路径。Based on the development status of import and export trade of Jiangsu agro-product processing industry from 2012 to 2020,the export scale and export structure of Jiangsu agricultural product processing industry were analyzed.Four indicators were selected and calculated which can reflect the international competitiveness of a country/region’s agro-product from different perspectives,the gap between Jiangsu and the whole country and the two major agricultural product exporting provinces by comparison and the international competitiveness of Jiangsu’s agricultural products were also explored.Finally,aiming at the situation that Jiangsu’s international competitiveness of agricultural products is insufficient,but the development space and potential are huge,the effective path to improve the international competitiveness of Jiangsu’s superior agricultural products is proposed by comparing the international competitiveness of agricultural products of the United States and France,which are the world’s major exporters of agricultural products.
