秸秆资源利用机械设备技术分析

摘　　要：秸秆是重要的可再生资源,对秸秆的综合利用已成为农业生产工作任务之一。近年来,在国家新能源政策支持下,农业秸秆资源被有序利用,秸秆的收集、粉碎、还田、初加工、精加工设备得到广泛应用。机械设备性能已逐渐成为影响秸秆综合利用的关键因素,基于秸秆现阶段机械化利用形势,阐述了秸秆综合利用关键设备类型及技术特征,分析了机械设备未来的合理化发展趋势,旨在促进农业可持续发展。Agricultural production output of straw is an important renewable resource,the comprehensive utilization of straw has become one of the important tasks of agricultural production,in recent years under the support of the national new energy policy,agricultural straw resources have been utilized in an orderly manner,the collection of straw,crushing,field return,primary processing,finishing equipment has been widely used.The performance of mechanical equipment has gradually become a key factor affecting the comprehensive utilization of straw.Based on the situation of mechanized utilization of straw at the present stage,we analyze the types and technical characteristics of the key equipment for the comprehensive utilization of straw and analyze the future development trend of rationalization of the relevant equipment in the hope of promoting the sustainable development of agriculture and making a positive contribution to ecological environmental protection.
