摘 要:由于常规的大气环境监测点多目标布置方法只设置了单一的目标函数,导致其在大气环境监测中成效单一且价值较低。基于节能减排目标下,文章研究了一种节能减排目标下的大气环境监测点多目标布置方法,根据实际大气环境状况,构建出大气环境监测多目标布置模型,设置大气污染物综合浓度目标函数和能源消耗目标函数,再结合成本、地区、风速、海拔高度、人口以及覆盖程度等约束条件,对构建的布置模型进行求解分析并得出大气环境监测点多目标布置方法。实验测试表明:与其他大气环境监测方法相比,本文设计的多目标布置方法在实际监测中所覆盖的空间范围更广,监测结果也更准确。Due to the conventional multi-objective layout method of atmospheric environment monitoring points only setting a single objective function,its effectiveness in atmospheric environment monitoring is limited and its val⁃ue is low.Based on the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction,this article studies a multi-objective lay⁃out method for atmospheric environment monitoring points under the goal of energy conservation and emission reduc⁃tion.Based on the actual atmospheric environment conditions,a multi-objective layout model for atmospheric environ⁃ment monitoring is constructed,with a comprehensive concentration objective function for atmospheric pollutants and an energy consumption objective function set.Combined with constraints such as cost,region,wind speed,altitude,population,and coverage,the constructed layout model is solved and analyzed to obtain a multi-objective layout meth⁃od for atmospheric environment monitoring points.Experimental tests have shown that compared with other atmo⁃spheric environment monitoring methods,the multi-objective layout method designed in this paper covers a wider spatial range in actual monitoring and the monitoring results are more accurate.
