摘　　要：本文以呼和浩特市建成区内7处黑臭水体为研究对象,通过收集黑臭水体相关基础信息数据,运用GIS技术和城市黑臭水体数据采集与评价结合的方法,完成呼和浩特市黑臭水体污染预报预警管理平台开发。实现了基础信息的更新、维护、统计、查询等,提供了城市黑臭水体的数据采集、评价、预警、决策、可视化展示的管理系统,为呼和浩特市巩固黑臭水体治理成效,防止返黑返臭,实现“长制久清”,提供有力的信息技术支撑。This paper takes 7 black-odorous water in the built-up area of Hohhot as the research object,by col⁃lecting the basic information data related to black-odorous water,using GIS technology and the method of combining urban black-odorous water data collection and evaluation,the development of Hohhot black-odorous water pollution forecasting and early warning management platform was completed,and the basic information was realized.Up⁃date,maintenance,statistics,query.Providing a management system for data collection,evaluation,early warning,de⁃cision-making,and visual display of urban black-odorous water,consolidate the effectiveness of black-odorous water treatment in Hohhot,prevent black-odorous,and achieve long-term clear,providing strong information technology support.
