乘用车前围过孔对防火墙隔声性能影响研究

摘  要:乘用车前围部件主要用于屏蔽发动机舱与前轮噪声,其自身的隔声水平对整车的声学性能影响很大。前围上安装有多处过孔件(如制动、空调等),过孔本身隔声性能、安装水平、与周边前围形成的钣金裸露会衰减防火墙总成的隔声性能。文章重点研究前围过孔对防火墙隔声性能的影响,为前围开孔设计提供参考和借鉴。Passenger car cowl components are mainly used to shield the engine compartment and front wheel noise,and their own sound insulation level has a great impact on the acoustic performance of the entire vehicle.There are many through-holes installed on the front wall(such as brakes,air conditioners,etc.).The sound insulation performance of the through holes themselves,the installation level,and the exposed sheet metal formed with the surrounding front wall will attenuate the sound insulation performance of the firewall assembly.This article focuses on studying the impact of front wall openings on the sound insulation performance of firewall,and provides reference for the design of front wall openings.
