预算一体化背景下高校采购管理优化对策

摘　　要：随着预算一体化的实施,高校采购管理越来越关注如何降低采购成本、提高采购效率和优化供应商管理。然而,现有的采购管理模式仍然存在诸多问题,如流程烦琐、信息不对称、监督不到位等。通过调研分析,提出了从采购流程、信用评价体系、财务监管、专业采购队伍、供应商绩效管理多个方面进行优化的对策,旨在为高校采购管理提出可行的改进方案,以期实现更高效便捷的采购体验。With the implementation of budget integration,procurement management in universities is increasingly focusing on how to reduce procurement costs,improve procurement efficiency,and optimize supplier management.However,there are still many problems with the existing procurement management model,such as cumbersome processes,lengthy approval processes,and untimely information transmission.This article proposes strategies for optimizing procurement processes,credit evaluation systems,financial supervision,professional procurement teams,and supplier performance management through research and analysis.The aim is to propose feasible improvement plans for university procurement management,in order to achieve a more efficient and convenient procurement experience.
